So I've changed gears and am now going to start saving up to join a group class with a personal trainer. Better than saving up to buy a video game or something else.
Going to have a training session on Thursday to get a feel for this woman's style and then decide from there where to go. Then figure out a way to rework my budget so I can save up the money on the side.
If things go well then may be able to start this in January and reach a goal by like end of Feb or some time in March. And then with the extra push to get myself set in a pattern/schedule of working out I'd be able to maintain it on my own.
Will be great if I can do this since she has foot pain of her own and understands the limitations I am stuck with also and thus would be able to help me form a workout that would benefit me the most without aggravating my disability.

Forgot all about this site for some time... I keep doing that.
It seems my level of lifestyle is good at maintaining me at this weight bot not suitable for losing. Need to adjust things again.
My willpower to make a lifestyle change is very weak... Not surprised.
Moods been fluctuating like crazy but never or rarely is it towards a good mood and if it is, it never lasts for long.
Sigh... I'll get there eventually...
