晨,體脂31.3%,內臟脂肪3 昨天做完HIIT今天整個累到醒不來⋯ 手臂超痠痛,可能也是抱娃的累吧~ 👩👧產後八週,哺乳已改成親餵,算不出來餵了多少,放棄!最近要調整成深蹲、HIIT來增加代謝的運動了💪
