I am not seeing much movement on the scale but I know that because I am eating better and working out the working out may be skewing the scale, because if I am gaining muscle then the scale won't move. But I do feel my pants to be a bit looser than they have been recently.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
