So whenever I try to stay losing weight I usually set my goals in even, ten pound increments. Now that I'm serious about getting in shape, I can finally say I've hit my first goal! Under 160lbs! stayed of a about 172, which puts me about 15 pounds down so far. Needless to say, I am quite excited and proud of myself for sticking to my plan.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
