So, while I kind of knew I was going to gain wit this week (I was really bad), I was expecting .5-1 pound, not 2. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed. I am, however, trying to stay positive as this is the first time in my roughly 15 weeks of being healthier that I've gained at all. It's time to get serious again!
