I am yo-yoing a little bit right now and doing my best trying not to get discouraged. I have been a little more active lately, which is very fantastic. I have been so limited the last five years that sometimes I don't even know myself. I am seeing a change in my body shape, and I have to say that is extremely encouraging to me! staying on track with food. Almost 100% off of any added sugar. Cravings for sweets are diminishing. I can't ask for more right now!
