Yeay am sooooo happy just weighted myself and I have lost 2 lbs :o)

Am made up it is only the start of day 3 so that's put a big smile on my face :o)

Thanks for all the encoragement pep's it really helps me along ....

Only 19 lbs to go ... until I meet my 1st Target ... hip hip horay!

Congrats! That's fantastic! The first month of dieting is so bitter/sweet - bitter because you're crazily cravin, but when you stick to, the results are better than the sweets you decided to forego! Great Job! Here we go day 4!
