Hi all ...

here goes .. I am 29 year old with a huge amount of weight to lose... I am mum to one ... he is 6 moths old and I have decided it's time I lost the baby weight before it spirals!

I am looking forward to having baby number two but want to be fit and healthy before then... I have got my 30th in april and would love to be at goal weight by then ... 140 lbs!!! but am about 193 lbs currently so have approx 53 lbs to lose! Seems like a tall order!

I am hoping to lose 22 lbs by christmas, we are going away at christmas and it would be great to WOW all the family with my new figure! and also I am due to go back to work in January after 9 month maternity so would be lovely to be swimming in my old suits!

Please help me out and tell me straight if you think I am falling off the wagon.

Goals are:
Lose 22 lbs by Christmas
Lose a further 31 lbs by April 10th 2010!!!!
