Hiit*15分鐘,腿部*1組,棒式1分鐘
進入排卵期~備孕循環🔄
要增肌降體脂真的很難,又再訂了很多捲捲來吃🤭
最近很生酮~
值得紀念,想不到生完小孩後的自己還能與2017的自己(體重)重逢!😭
