I know we are told not to weigh our self every day but even if I loose .02 lbs a day it helps me to stay on track and fight off the cravings.

My problem is one day I'm down 3 the next day I'm up 4. It can ruin my whole day!

I sometimes weigh myself daily. I've been losing a lot of weight, so I might as well keep track. Like you, Hap, I've lost around that in a day. :) Just think, some have to work a whole week to get that! ;) Must be a fluke or summat. I'm hoping today's fasting will drop a couple more lbs, putting me bang on 13 stone, my old max weight.

I think the daily weighing keeps you in a routine. I know that for me, if I am being honest with myself the swing in weight can be explained by my actions for the most part. Sometimes though, I am on the straight and narrow and exhibit a gain. It sucks but I know that if I continue it will dissappear. You can't continually take in less calories than you burn and gain weight, its not physically possible unless you have digestion issues....even then when you finally go, it all goes away.
