I am sticking with it! It has been a good week with plenty of exercise and balanced meals that utilized fresh foods. I felt discouraged but I pushed through and managed to drop a few more.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
