I am sticking with it! It has been a good week with plenty of exercise and balanced meals that utilized fresh foods. I felt discouraged but I pushed through and managed to drop a few more.

Had a rough week. I wanted to snack for the last two days, and this after a birthday party at the Mexican place. I really like cheese!! But, all is not lost because I went down another pound and I was convinced I had gained. I am managing to continue using fresh and healthy ingredients. I am doing my best to prepare meals in healthy ways and with consideration to the reduction of excess sodium, fat, and carbs. It is impossible to reduce everything so you just have to try to keep the calories down and balance the rest as much as possible. I have slowed coffee consumption down and limited cokes to 1 every few days. I do not want to cut everything out because I don't want to gain it back later. If you cut something all the way out and then start it again you gain back in a fraction of the time which it took to lose it. I am trying to rearrange the sources from which I intake carbs and fats and so on. Fat is better acquired from avocado than mayonnaise, carbs are better from an orange or whole grain than from a frozen pizza. It has been working so far and hopefully it will continue.
