I gained 3.4 pounds. we went to San Antonio for 3 days, and we weren't able to eat breakfast and lived on nuts till we could eat a meal. ended up eating one good meal a day. even tho I didn't cheat, I ate too many nuts and didn't eat enough real food. Also last night we ate el fenix and I ate the taco salad.
