I'm going to guess that the 180 I started at was water weight or something, so I haven't REALLY lost 3 pounds, but I'll take whatever I can get!
80.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
