Worked out every day for 14 days! I'm finding muscles I forgot I had while at the same time, the initial pain of exertion is no longer lasting on to the next day. =)
64.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
