Nach einer Woche : hin und her - wieder 85,1 kg !! Jetzt kann meine Waage nur noch so ! Mit dem Rauchen hat es noch nicht geklappt. Wollte ja bei 85 Schluß mache ..... ! Kopf ist noch nicht fei !
