meds making me not feel hungry so losing weight, hoping it doesn't drop my bmr and I can go back to working out soon, as I don't want to be doing that on no fuel so I'll just stick with yoga and stretching for now, hopefully I can keep the weight off too, atm I'm just eating what I can when I can so I'm not so tired
