meds making me not feel hungry so losing weight, hoping it doesn't drop my bmr and I can go back to working out soon, as I don't want to be doing that on no fuel so I'll just stick with yoga and stretching for now, hopefully I can keep the weight off too, atm I'm just eating what I can when I can so I'm not so tired

I havent been to the gym in a week because I felt ill on my last class and cancelled and it banned me from classes for a 8 days and I'm still scared of the equipment so I thought I would have put the weight back on but this is the first time I've been under 10st in years!!! super happy, working out at home now if I can't get to the gym and also for the last week I've been eating like pizza and stuff but not super excessively but I still expected not to lose anything. Its not that much but it means I'm only 7lbs away from my goal now which even if I'm only losing 1lb a week that's pretty soon. might try eating more even though this app says only 1700 kcal because last time I did that (healthily) I lost weight much faster and didn't feel as tired after workouts, maybe my body needs the fuel to build muscle first and I can restrict later if neccesary but I also don't want to ruin my progress. but I have been snacking at night on my normal diet so I think I need to add in some more fats or something to keep me satisfied and not crave cake and crisps and cheese... like one night I ate 160g of cheese 😅 so hopefully more fat= more satisfying and that won't happen, not cause of calories I just don't want to be eating cheese at 3am cause I'm hungry lol 😂 should be back at the gym maybe Tuesday depending on what is happening for bens birthday and if we go anywhere, but I'll continue to work out from home for now. unfortunately all my dumbells are now too small for me, my heaviest is 3kg and I lift 5 in each hand now and stacking them is just not practical. Hopefully I'll be able to afford new ones with removable and interchangeable weights soon

gym yesterday went well, managed to survive 45 min pump and with a slightly higher weight- 7.5 barbell instead of 5kg which I used before. Its nice to see progress. my waist also looks pretty small atm so I'm happy about that. another 45min pump today followed by lbt so might die later lol
