gym yesterday went well, managed to survive 45 min pump and with a slightly higher weight- 7.5 barbell instead of 5kg which I used before. Its nice to see progress. my waist also looks pretty small atm so I'm happy about that. another 45min pump today followed by lbt so might die later lol
64.2 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
