Took body fat today 12% vs. 14.5% when I started. Seemed a little high for how I am looking, but good. Water decrease to 16oz. Need to figure out how to lose more water and need to pose A LOT more. Increased starchy carbs today, decreased protein more thus overall calories less.

Feel good now, emotional in the morning because of lack of water loss.
51.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
