Still struggling, it is difficult to change the habits still but it is getting easier every day. Weight might have gone up slightly but my body fat percentage is down somewhat also. (36.7 compared to 37.3)
It is going to be a long hard road at this rate -.-;
Invited my friend to join who is also losing weight so that is a plus.
