Haven't been following things as closely as I should. Changing these bad habits is incredibly difficult but it's not impossible... Determination. I need more of it...

I wish I had a friend here to help me adhere to my plan and regime. One friend doesn't care, one isn't reliable and my roommate also doesn't care. (I have three friends... So that leaves me with, no one. It sucks)
If I get a craving for something unhealthy, instead of suggesting something better he goes right along and says 'you should do it, I want some too'...
But how can I expect him to help me with this when he gave up his weight loss stuff after he got a new girlfriend. And she is bigger than him. Last I checked having a box of corn dogs in your freezer is not conducive to shedding pounds -.-;

Whatever, excuses. Started my P90 over again this morning in an attempt to maintain it daily instead of skipping out on it here and there. Also need to start riding more, or else this bike purchase is going to go to waste. Rode to school this morning also, felt really good (even if it is the equivalent of a 5minute walk, something is better than nothing)

Oh well, it's almost 7... Dinner time, going to go find something healthy to make.
