Quite pleased with my check in results this morning. Not a bad loss over 2.5 weeks! What I'm really pleased with is that the 9.2 lbs lost was all fat; just what I want it to be. Both my visceral fat and my BMI went down 1 point from my last check in. My degree of obesity also dropped 5.5%! Besides the numbers going in the right direction, I have a lot more energy and my depression & anxiety seem to be a bit more under control. All positive results so far and I can't complain. LIFE IS GOOD and I'm finally being good to myself!

124.0 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 56.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
