keep going up & down... the gym scale said 142.2 but @ home it says 139. either way, its not going down. i know u build muscle @ first.... i see where people get discouraged. it used to be a LOT easier to shed a few lbs. :( went to gym w/ Sarah. a record: 1 hr on the treadmill @ 3.5...
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
