@ home. no gym today. will make up for it tomorrow. long day tomorrow. its already 11:30 because of the time change im not tired but i am going to try to go to bed anyways.

keep going up & down... the gym scale said 142.2 but @ home it says 139. either way, its not going down. i know u build muscle @ first.... i see where people get discouraged. it used to be a LOT easier to shed a few lbs. :( went to gym w/ Sarah. a record: 1 hr on the treadmill @ 3.5...
