Day 15 of diet. no progress really except i have been working out almost every day w/ Sarah. got a gym membership @ the YWCA. need to make better eating choices... i definitely need to work harder these days. im just not built like i used to be.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
