100% Vegano novamente, sem recaídas vegetarianas, principalmente doces. Zero refris e chás açucarados industrializados! Só suco/leite de soja, chás de infusão/sachês, cerveja zero e vinho nas refeições. -3kg! :D ainda de férias, sem Freeletics, exercícios físicos. That's what I'm talking about! lol #noexcuses #semdesculpas
