Day 12 of diet. No weight loss shows on the scale, but i can feel that my clothes are a tiny bit baggier. Day 1 of working out @ YWCA. As per above lbs- weighed on scale @ gym. today- Eliptical (5 min), treadmill (30 min) & various weights. No ab workout today.
