I have been working very hard to stay within my program. The late afternoons are my toughest time of day, I think that I have less to do so am not distracted by work and allow my self discipline to loose focus.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
