Starting today. Two weeks diet.

Omg, I consumed 2300 cal food today. Damn it.
Tomorrow I can only eat 1000 includes a lot of vegetables.
58 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
