Didn't eat anything from 7pm to 1pm next day which is about 18 hours, and so I lost .5 kg next morning.
But last night I couldn't do anything except lying on the bed watching videos otherwise I'd feel dizzy.
Drink more water today and no food after five.

Stayed up until sunrise again that's why I lost weight so fast. Keep doing it and eat vegetables only tonight.

Crap I had dinner so late and had ramen noodles which was carb, so gained .4 kg in one night.

Please do not eat dinner later than six o'clock.

Just eat vegetables
