Covid killed my metabolism - stress induced weight mountain and fat storage happened noticeably from June 2020 to September 2020. Been working on good food choices and hitting the gym 3-4 x per week since September without any tangible results. Had hormones tested end of March and began to supplement. Still no improvement.
