Sedih BB stuck, bukan hanya itu, body fat ga turun, body muscle juga naik sekian persen doang, padahal gym uda berjalan 2 bulan bersama PT, makan jorok juga cuman seminggu sekali. Tadi pagi pakai GrabHealth konsul sama dokter spesialis gizi, mulai besok mau nerapin makanan sesuai hasil konsul lagi. Lihat gimana progres seminggu, semoga ada perkembangan :(
