so over the weekend i went a little crzy.not to much ..but ive been focusing since monday and then with the workouts i feel great..i guess everything is comeing together the workouts gave the body an extra boost...now its time to lose the pounds. i went grocery shopping so there are no excuses on why i cant snack on healthy things...the cravings are gone...i have no urge to eat junk food...surprisingly i love snacks....but...it was a special occasion so i had to treat myself. a small pice of cake... and then cookies a few days after.
