Hey! That's the right attitude. Don't give up! Make sure you're eating enough though. Your body may not be getting enough nutrients and your metabolism may be slowing down.

thank you! I definately believe in eating the right amount.. it is just hard eating the right food with 4 children. and i am a dietitian! i just need to stay with it.
