not exercising enough...... i could do so much more to lose these pounds. hard to get to the health club / laziness!!

not the healthiest lunch..... however , was hanging out with the kids and wanted the least expensive thing on the menu! double cheeseburger! YIKES o'well, sometimes we eat for survival :)
