Half a stone in two weeks whaaaat! Pretty happy so far, I assume it will start to plateau soon as I’ve been so inactive and atm my body is just like what is going on, I’m eating less and working out more, well some compared with none before... I’ve started doing granny workouts that’s how unfit I am haha. (For beginners and oap’s) the room in the vid was full of old people not breaking a sweat and there’s me dying 😂 but we’ve all gotta start somewhere, and I build muscle pretty fast so I’m sure I’ll be like pumping iron and doing heavy duty hiit in a few weeks lol (well months lol I’m not that fit)
I’ve had a sleep disorder for the past 3 years and it’s really making me feel a lot more energised, though I’m still having a few days in bed, it’s not every single day like it was, and I’m enjoying food, instead of getting pizza because I’m hungry I’m actually putting together meals that I really enjoy, and also eating breakfast for the first time like ever... I do keep waking up at 4am, but I have a dissertation to do so I’m not too mad at that tbh.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
