Started doing AIP to help lower my inflammation due to Arthritis and other things. I am feeling better and it seems like my gut health is improving. I am still in the elimination phase. I am 2 and 1/2 weeks in and 2 more weeks before I start adding back. But I can tell already that grains are going to be out... we'll see what else.
