晚餐吃了今年第一鍋薑母鴨
很好吃,但缺點就是水腫到不行🙅‍♂️
難怪剛剛照鏡子像看到🐷一樣
樂極生悲!

今天幫男友芳療按摩1小時,渾身痠痛,算是有氧運動了吧!
