I started going to the gym to run and lift weights so my weight loss will probably stop. I may even gain weight, but it will be muscle instead of fat for once! Yesss
66.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
