Selama Puasa aku banyakin makan sayuran, Bayam, Toge, Tomat, Timun, Labu Siam....
Lauknya TAHU, TELUR di campur dan d goreng teflon tanpa Minyak...
Saurnya, Mkan UBI rebus Dan TEH TAWAr..
Itu aja Menu Q Selama Seminggu Puasa...sampe sekrang
