idk if im reading this wrong on my scale or if i just read my weight wrong yesterday. but i seem to have lost a good bit in a day.
120.1 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 38.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hopefully it was in the positive. My weight would fluctuate a considerable sum on a day to day basis. I monitor my sodium levels, once I did that for me was to keep it about 1500 mg or below, my weight became more consistant.
