I guess I'am now really near what I can eat aprox. per day to keep my weight. Atm still losing slowly with ~2100kcal/day...
I just wonder that my tummy is often full and I'am not hungry.
And well it is not that healthy it could be what I'am eating atm.
But still losing weight... Any Explanation?

Still got 2 of the slices of bread, a banana and an egg here which I'll eat as dinner since Iam full atm.
