Thank you. I am on my third week of carnivore or as close to zero carb as I can eat. The first week I had the withdrawals. I am addicted to sweets and even the keto sweets are better for me, I was still addicted to them and was gaining instead of loosing. I find that I still crave the sweets, but find that it is more right after I eat. I grew up with my mom making a desert for after dinner. My blood sugar is coming down and my blood pressure is coming down.
