I went jogging again! I cut up an old winter hat made out of acrylic and used it as a neck gaiter. Needless to say it kept slipping and it was stupid, but my mom's making me a fleece one to send in the mail soon.
Either way it still helped, I wasn't hacking up mucus, and I jogged like this:
18 minutes jogging, 4 minutes walking, 2 minutes jogging, 5 minutes walking, 1 minute jogging.
So that's 21 minutes jogging and 9 walking!
And I would never have guessed that jogging clothes would make such a difference, but it was AWESOME. The pants were so comfortable and I wore my cut-off sweatpant shorts over them but the sweatpants didn't start sticking and bunching like they normally do, and the t-shirt feels just like a regular t-shirt but it didn't stick to me! It was like it didn't even get sweaty!
I'm going to have to invest in a running jacket later because the regular jacket I was wearing ended up feeling heavy and started sticking to me.

Just completed my pushups for the day!
Sets like this: 20, 15, 15, 15, 15, 20.
