let's try this again & again till I get this under control...😑 I need to stop losing motivation.
145.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 77.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

For me being on FS everyday, learning what others are doing motivates me! When I downloaded this app to help me track my food I had no idea how helpful the community part of it was going to be!

I fully agree with JC and Ma! You’ve got this but definitely be part of the community for motivation, advice, suggestions, or just to journal everything and anything. We’re all rooting for you! Find what works for you and tweak your plans as needed.

Thank you everyone for you advice & wonderful comments. My biggest down fall other then losing motivation is that I dont log my food on here I always seem to forget that part
