(3rd week) I'm more motivated after my appointment with the neurologist the other day... I need to at least lose 10% of body weight to start feeling better...but I can't workout without making my head hurt more...so I definitely need advice of good gluten/dairy free meal ideas.

& we are back....this time at my all time high 😔 The one good thing about coming back into this is I can't taste or smell anything for the last 2 months (not due to covid "so they say") & now I know im supposed to stay away from gluten & dairy for my PCOS.
