So I haven't been getting enough sleep lately, and I woke up this morning at 145.0 lbs again.
I went back to sleep for a couple hours and woke up, weighed myself, and the scale said 143.8, then 144.2 twice, so I'm 144.2 now :) My body fat % went down a little bit too!
Sleep = important :D
