I’ve been running high mileage this summer so the weight is easily coming off but I have to try and energize and not just worry about weight, it’s been fairly fun this summer seeing myself become faster at running overall and I hope to reach 500 miles, I’m at 240-ish right now
70.5 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
