I'm sad. I was at 204. Had my appendix removed in dec. my surgeon cut my intestines. I was on tpn (nutrition fed only through veins) for a month and a half. not a drop of food or liquid in my mouth. after I was released to eat...i went crazy on food. i have gained almost all of my weight back and dont know where to start. lost.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Ajay, If you can find a way not to be sad you can get back on track. I know that is easier said than done (I struggle with that issue too). Once you do have some success it will make you feel better and each day after that will becomes easier and hopefully happier!

dont be sad sweetie. Everyone slips a little, if you start focusing now it will be so much easier to drop the unwanted weight before your body really grabs ahold of it. When you dont eat for a month, your gonna drop massive weight. I promise just get your journal back out and slowly work back into your program. It can depress the heck out of you when you gain that unwanted weight, Ive been there myself. I cheated harcore today. I was a little irritated but I just refocus and go back to the gameplan. Babysteps, babysteps, babysteps. Dont beat yourself up. I PROMISE YOU CAN DO IT, AND YOU WILL!!!!!!!!!

Hello Ajay... You have to find the willpower to start again.. remember all those reasons why you need to shed the pounds... Make a list of the pros and the cons... I did and I could not find one reason other than the food tastes great to continue "killing" myself.. not good enough reason.. I had reasons to take it off from my bra straps hurt to I can't walk more than a mile.. You are worth so much more and life is waiting for you ... take that step into the "healthy way of eating" plan.. your body and mind will love you for it.. you have to love yourself first.. :) We are the same weight... and I am not stopping until I lose at least 70 pounds... :) Cindy
